What Information Do We Collect?

We collect information from you when you register on our site, place an order, subscribe to our newsletter, or fill out a form. When ordering or registering, you may be asked to enter your name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number, or payment information. You may otherwise visit our site anonymously.

We also automatically collect limited technical information through cookies and similar technologies, as described in the “Cookies and Tracking Technologies” section below.

What Do We Use Your Information For?

Any information we collect from you may be used in the following ways:

  • To personalize your experience and respond to your individual needs
  • To improve our website based on the information and feedback we receive
  • To improve customer service and respond to support requests
  • To process transactions
  • To send periodic emails related to your order, and occasional company news, updates, or related program information

The email address you provide for order processing may be used to send you information and updates pertaining to your order. If at any time you would like to unsubscribe from future marketing emails, we include unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of each such email.

How Do We Protect Your Information?

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order or enter, submit, or access your personal information. Sensitive and payment information is transmitted via Secure Sockets Layer (SSL/TLS) technology and processed through our payment gateway providers. After a transaction, your private payment information is not stored on our servers.

Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies (such as pixels and local storage) to operate this website, remember your preferences, keep you signed in, and—only with your consent—measure how the site is used and support marketing.

  • Strictly necessary. Required for the site to function, including security, remembering your cookie choice, and registration or checkout flows. These cannot be switched off.
  • Analytics. Help us understand traffic and how pages are used so we can improve them [e.g., Google Analytics 4]. Set only after you accept.
  • Marketing. Used to measure and improve advertising and may involve sharing limited information with advertising partners [e.g., Meta Pixel]. Set only after you accept.

When you first visit, a banner lets you Accept all or Reject non-essential cookies. Non-essential analytics and marketing technologies are not loaded unless you accept. You can change your choice at any time by selecting “Cookie settings” in the website footer, or by adjusting your browser settings.

Do We Disclose Any Information to Outside Parties?

We do not sell your personally identifiable information for money. We do not trade or otherwise transfer your personally identifiable information to outside parties except as described here: we share information with trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you (such as payment processors and hosting providers), so long as those parties agree to keep the information confidential. We may also release information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect the rights, property, or safety of ourselves or others.

If you consent to marketing cookies, certain analytics and advertising technologies may share limited information (such as device or usage identifiers) with advertising partners. Under California law this activity may be considered “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising. You can opt out at any time by selecting Reject non-essential in the cookie banner or by enabling a Global Privacy Control signal in your browser.

Third-Party Links

Occasionally, at our discretion, we may include or offer third-party products or services on our website. These third-party sites have separate and independent privacy policies, and we have no responsibility or liability for their content or activities. We nonetheless seek to protect the integrity of our site and welcome feedback about these sites.

Your California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA), gives you the following rights:

  • Right to know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose
  • Right to delete personal information we have collected, subject to legal exceptions
  • Right to correct inaccurate personal information
  • Right to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising
  • Right to non-discrimination for exercising these rights

We do not sell personal information for money. Some marketing technologies described above may constitute “sharing” under the CCPA/CPRA. You can opt out by selecting Reject non-essential in the cookie banner, or by enabling a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal in your browser, which we honor as a valid opt-out. To exercise your right to know, delete, or correct, contact us at [[email protected]]. We will verify your request and respond within the timeframes required by law. You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf.

Children’s Privacy

Our programs serve youth athletes, and some information is provided by parents or guardians as part of registration and participation. We do not knowingly use non-essential tracking to build advertising profiles of minors. Consistent with the CCPA/CPRA, we do not sell or share the personal information of consumers we know to be under 16 years of age without affirmative authorization—from a parent or guardian for children under 13, and from the minor for those aged 13 to 15.

Publication of player profiles and name, image, and likeness is governed by the release waiver and consent form described in the General Notice above. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a minor’s information has been collected or published in a way that concerns you, contact us in writing, attention Management, or at [[email protected]], and we will address it promptly.

Your Consent

By using our site, you consent to this privacy policy. Where required by law, we rely on the cookie banner choices and any browser privacy signals you provide rather than on general site use alone for non-essential tracking.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

If we decide to change this privacy policy, we will post those changes on this page and update the “Last updated” date above. For material changes, we will take reasonable steps to provide additional notice.
